Chef
Romeo Robles began his culinary career in Franklin Park,
Illinois. Shortly after that he moved to Long Beach Island where he spent the next 30 years as a Head Chef and Restaurant owner. In 2003 the Robles family purchased the Tuckerton Beach Grille. In 2006 Chef Romeo took over the operation of the Tuckerton Beach Grille, Bar and Restaurant, and Romeo's
Bayview Room, where he applied his 40+ years of culinary experience to creating original dishes and a welcoming atmosphere for your dining pleasure.
Chef Romeo and his staff are always willing to assist you in any way they can, offering you the best of Fine Dining in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.
